The Urbandale Boys Cross Country team finished 7th at the Tom Karpan Cross Country Invitational in West Des Moines on Tuesday.

The J-Hawks return to the course on Saturday at Swan Lake State Park in Carroll, Iowa, in the Carroll Kuemper Cross Country Invite.
