The Urbandale Wrestling Team will compete in the CIML Invitational this Friday at 3:30pm at Southeast Polk High School.

This marks the start of the post-season for the J-Hawks which will continue in Ankeny at the District Meet on February 9, 2013, and then at the State Tournament the week following.
