State Tournament Information
Ticket Sales
Tickets for the State Volleyball Tournament first round match, Urbandale vs. Cedar Rapids Kennedy, slated for 1:30pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, will be on sale accordingly:

Monday, November 8, 2010, and Tuesday, November 9, 2010
8:00am to 5:00pm
In the Activities Office
$8.00 per ticket; checks made payable to Urbandale High School
Pre-school age children do not need a ticket.

Spectators are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid long lines at the U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids. Tickets are sold on the ground floor of the arena.

Ticket sales at the Arena
$8.00 per session (pre-school age children are free).
Checks are not accepted for this event, Credit cards can be used at all ticket windows.
The ground level ticket office will remain open after last session Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.


T-Shirt Sales
State Tournament T-Shirts will be on sale in the Activities Office at Urbandale High School during the same time frame.

T-Shirts are $12.00 each. Checks may be made payable to the Urbandale Booster Club.


Student Dismissal
Varsity Volleyball players and managers will be dismissed from school all day on Wednesday.

High School Students wishing to attend the State Volleyball Tournament on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, will be excused all day, if they purchase a ticket between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Monday, November 8, 2010, and 8:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 9, 2010. In addition, students must turn in a note at the time they purchase a ticket from a parent/guardian excusing them for the day.
