Urbandale begins a busy week of Volleyball on Tuesday night at #7 Southeast Polk.

The #5 J-Hawks will then return home on Saturday to square off in the Urbandale Volleyball Invitational.  This year's field features a host of rated teams including Class 1A, #3 Holy Trinity, Class 2A, #1 Western Christian, and Class 3A, #2 Bishop Heelan.

Tuesday's match will begin at 7:30pm.
