J-Hawks Lose to Cedar Falls in Semifinals at Ames

Urbandale went 4-1 on Saturday at Ames, falling to Cedar Falls 25-16, 25-10 in the Semifinal Round of the Ames Invitational

The J-Hawks return to the road on Thursday, August 30, when they travel to DM Roosevelt for a match with the Roughriders at 7:30pm.
