J-Hawks Compete in Southeast Polk Invite This Weekend

Urbandale travels to Pleasant Hill this Saturday to square off in the Southeast Polk Volleyball Invitational.

The J-Hawks then host DM East on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at 7:30pm in the South Gym in the home opener for the season.
