J-Hawks Will Once Again Host CC

After a three year hiatus, the Urbandale Cross Country Invitational will return on August 30, 2012.

The completion of Urbandale Middle School provides the J-Hawks with an opportunity to run at home once again.

At this time, teams that have indicated they plan to attend include DM Hoover (Boys and Girls), DM Lincoln (Boys and Girls), Dowling Catholic (Girls), and Urbandale.  The field is expected to include 10 teams.
