Cross Country Hosts Invite for First Time Since 2008

For the first time since 2008, Urbandale will host its first Cross Country meet. The hiatus was due to construction on the complex of Urbandale Middle School.

The J-Hawks will host Dowling Catholic, Indianola, DM Hoover, and DM Lincoln on Thursday, August 30, 2012. The Girls Race will begin at 5:00pm; the Boys will run at 5:40pm.
