Summer Lifting Schedule


Sessions run from June 4 to August 10.


Time Eligible Students Level
6:30 AM Boys & Girls (10 - 12) Advanced
7:30 AM Boys (10 - 12) Intermediate
8:15 AM Cross Country Intermediate
9:00 AM Girls (9 - 12) Intermediate
10:00 AM 9th Graders and Beginners Beginner
4:00 PM Boys & Girls (9-12) Open
Sessions will run Monday through Friday.



Apparel Order:

Merchandise may be ordered through this webstore.  The store is open until 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 17th.  Items will ship approximately three weeks after that (week of August 6th).


Online registration has now closed; however, you are still welcome to join the summer sessions.  Please contact Coach Traynor, Director of Strength and Conditioning, with any questions.
