Urbandale Travels to Southeast Polk

The J-Hawks will travel to Southeast Polk on Friday night to face the 4-1 Rams in CIML Central Conference Football action.

Urbandale returns to the field after a 28-13 loss to Ankeny last Friday; Southeast Polk beat Dowling Catholic 27-9.

The J-Hawks last beat Southeast Polk in the 2010 Playoffs to advance to the Quarterfinal Round.
