J-Hawks Face Valley in Round 2

The Urbandale J-Hawks have advanced in the Class 4A State Football Playoffs following a 23-15 victory over Johnston on Wednesday night.  The J-Hawks will travel to Valley to play the Tigers at 7:00pm on Monday, October 31, 2011.

Tickets for the Second Round Playoff Football Game on Monday, October 31, 2011, will go on sale at 8:00am in the Activities Office at Urbandale High School on Friday, October 28, 2011.  The Activities Office is located just inside the East Doors to Urbandale High School (between the stadium and the gym area).  All spectators will need a ticket; no passes will be accepted as this is an IHSAA event.  State Playoff T-Shirts remain on sale in the Activities Office.

To avoid long lines at Valley Stadium, you are advised to purchase your ticket in advance.

With a victory on Monday night, the J-Hawks will advance to the Quarterfinal Round of the Class 4A Playoffs and face the winner of DM Lincoln and Dowling Catholic, on Friday, November 4.  The site for the Quarterfinal game will be announced after the conclusion on Monday's games.

Tickets

All tickets at $6.00 each; checks may be written for tickets, made payable to Urbandale High School.  Tickets will also be available at the gate at Valley Stadium on Monday night.

State Playoff T-Shirts are $10.00.  Checks may be made payable to the Urbandale Booster Club.
