2019 Marching Band Preview

The largest performing group at Urbandale High School, the 165-member Urbandale J-Hawk Marching Band, prepares to entertain fans at the September 6, 2019,  home opener at Frerichs Field. Their performance entitled The Music of Aaron Copland will include “Fanfare for the Common Man,” “Hoe Down,” “The Promise of Living,” and Simple Gifts.” Join the band at halftime to celebrate the spirit of America with the music of one of our nation’s greatest composers!
