Urbandale's six game home stretch will come to an end after Friday night when the J-Hawks host Dowling Catholic at 6:15pm.

The J-Hawks (4-8, 1-4) will begin round #2 of CIML Central Conference play tonight before embarking on a road trip to Ottumwa and Southeast Polk.

Tonight marks the final CIML Central Conference Matchup in the South Gym as the J-Hawks move to the Western Division of the CIC next season.
