Urbandale avenged an earlier season loss to Southeast Polk, beating the Rams in Pleasant Hill 76-43.

The win marked the 4th in a row for the J-Hawks and 5th in 6 games.  Urbandale returns home on Tuesday to face Fort Dodge on Little J-Hawk Night.
