The Urbandale Boys and Girls Cross Country teams will begin their 2011 Season at Ames on Thursday, September 1. 

The Top-10 Rated Girls will look to improve upon a 6th Place State Meet finish in 2011.  The Boys will look to return to the form of 2009 which saw the team qualify for the State Meet.  In 2010, Drew Prescott and Grant Wierson, who returns in 2011, were the lone qualifiers for the J-Hawks.
