The Urbandale Girls Track and Boys Track teams will host the Regional and District Track Meet on Thursday.
The meet is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.
The J-Hawks come off strong performances at the Conference Track Meet with the Girls winning and the Boys placing 3rd.
