Urbandale Volleyball Coach Liz Baethke notched her 400th Career victory over the weekend, beating Aplington-Parkersburg to reach the mark.

Baethke is coaching in her 12th season at Urbandale.  Prior to arriving at Urbandale, she was the Head Volleyball Coach at DM East.
