Improving Cross Country Teams in Top 4 at Waukee

The Urbandale Girls Cross Country team placed 3rd at the Waukee Invitational on Tuesday while the Boys Cross Country team was 4th.

Next up for the J-Hawks:  A trip to the Clinton Classic on Saturday.

Following the trip to Clinton, the J-Hawks will compete in Fort Dodge and at the CIML Central Conference Meet before the road to the State Meet begins in mid-October.
