The Urbandale J-Hawks (13-13, 5-10) were on the road to take on the Boone Toreadors (13-9) in the 2024 Prange Classic. The games are held at multiple sites, the J-Hawks were at Johnston. 

Trey Hicklin was named the Urbandale MVP after he helped the J-Hawks to a 4-3 victory over a tough Boone squad.  

With the win, the J-Hawks move to 14-13 on the season. Urbandale is scheduled to play at Waukee on June 24th.
