The Urbandale J-Hawks (14-13, 5-10) were on the road to take on the Waukee Warriors (20-10, 11-7) in a CIML Conference matchup on June 24, 2024. The two teams met earlier in the season on June 3. Waukee took both games in the doubleheader, 6-7 and 0-8. 

Brayden Mulligan and Peyton Stewart combined to go 8 innings allowing 3 runs on 4 hits. Trey Hicklin had an RBI double in the 3rd to stay hot at the plate.  

With the loss, the J-Hawks move to 14-14 on the season. Urbandale is scheduled to play Johnston tomorrow, June 25th, for a JV/V doubleheader and honor the seniors in the program.
