The J-Hawks return to Frerichs Field Friday, August 23 as they host the North Polk Comets for a preseason scrimmage. This contest does not count towards the IHSAA standings or win total, and is simply an opportunity to get game reps before the season begins next week.
North Polk and Urbandale played last season in a scrimmage hosted by the Comets in Alleman.
Kick off is slated for 7:00 pm, and there is no admission to enter! Concessions will be available for patrons of the event.
Urbandale will open the season next week, August 30, hosting Indianola. All tickets at home Urbandale events are online only and cash is not accepted at the gate.
